Are your products in any stores?
A: Unfortunately not. We realize this would be of great convenience to our customers, but there are two reasons our products are only sold directly from our site (and local craft fairs): First, we try to offer you the lowest price possible, and if there were a middleman involved, the prices would be higher to the customer at retail. Second, being as small as we are, we simply cannot afford the additional overhead of running a brick & mortar store ourselves.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
A: We do! We now offer free shipping on all orders over $20.
Why isn't [coconut, apple, pomegranate, etc] offered as a scent?
A: In an effort to offer you the highest quality soaps and scrubs, it is our philosophy that we only use all-natural ingredients. The 'scents' we use are called Essential Oils, which are highly concentrated essences of aromatic plants. Plants such as coconut, apple and pomegranate are not inherently aromatic, and thus there are no Essential Oils available for them, only lab manufactured scents.
What kind of benefits do your products offer?
A: Unlike many other bath and body companies, we have decided to follow the labeling guidelines for cosmetics. These guidelines strictly state that no therapeutic claims can be made on cosmetics. (If any therapeutic claims are made, such as saying a product is “stress relieving”, it is then considered a drug, not a cosmetic.) For this reason, we can only say that our products offer the following benefits:

What is Sodium Borate?
A: Sodium Borate is a naturally occurring alkaline mineral that helps water and oils combine in an emulsion. Without it, a stable emulsion would not exist, and the oil and water would separate, as they are naturally inclined to do.
